Hi,
Once you are married, you will be sponsored by the U.S. citizen spouse to enable you to either continue to remain in the U.S. (if you are married in the U.S.) or to enter the U.S. and remain.
You can call our law firm during business hours at 212-268-3580 or email [email protected] for guidance.

Yes, the U.S. Citizen spouse must file for the noncitizen spouse to receive a greencard (which will be a conditional card) in order for the noncitizen spouse to remain in the U.S. indefinitely. For assistance with the process, please give me a call at 1-800-408-5818 or email me at [email protected]. I assist clients throughout the U.S. and internationally.
