Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
waiver for overstay
we sent my wifes waiver to lima peru as she lives in argentina,the bar imposed was 3 years for an oversTAY of less than a year,in 2 months the bar will be up as she left united states in january 2005. WHAT SHOULD WE DO in case that we get to january and we dont have a response about the waiver
