Former wife allowed to stay in US
My former wife is a Canadian, with an expired green card, she never filed for citizenship, nor renewed her green card, is she allowed to stay in the United States? I am a US citizen and we are now divorced.

Re: Former wife allowed to stay in US
This really depends upon the circumstances, whether she was a conditional permanent resident, a permanent resident, etc. The best I could venture is that an expired green card doesn't automatically exclude her.
