Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
We own a 2nd home in Florida that our daughter lives in while attending school. She has a roommate who caused water damage to the home and our insurance paid - not they are going after the roommate for the difference between the deductible and what it costs for repair. The roommate is not working - so my question is what happens since he is unable to pay the difference?
