accident with damagescited for no insurance
I was in volved in an accident and the FHP cited for me for no insurance. Neither party received a ticket FHP states that both was in the wrong. Damages was done to both vehicles. Am I responsible for getting the other car fixed or we responsible for fixing our own vehicles.

First it would depend whether you indeed had no insurance. Then to the facts of the accident. If the other party had insurance they may be asking for a percentage of reimbursment for payments paid to their insured according to what percent of fault they submit is yours. It is also possible they may be unwilling to prove that you were at fault for the accident. Please also be advised that any adverse judgment against you if you do not have insurance could result in a drivers license suspension. You should speak to an attorney to review the facts of your accident. More facts would be needed about what happened in the accident.
