Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida

Afriend of mine had her house broken into .She made a police report and also reported the breakin to the insurance company .she listed the items that were stolen or damaged to both police and ins co

the insurance company now wants her to take an euo even though she has provided some sales slips for some of the items but has provided pictures of the whole house with dates on the pictures

ther is no question the items existed .what is the purpose of this euo does the insurance want to avoid paying her what are her rights .

They have a right to take her statement under oath to make sure that the claim is legitimate.
