Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
first aid kits
I'm with a company that involves biohazard material. I need to know if there is a form that would absolve my company of suit if an employee uses the first aid kit knowing that they're allergic to a product in that kit...i.e. aspirin, triple antibiotic ointment, etc

worker's compensation laws do that, assuming you are covered by work comp.
