Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
I used a Alias name in Elementary and Jr High School and started using my legal name in High School and still do to this day. I was put on a life insurance as beneficiary when I was younger and it was my Alias name. I found out that person died and the insurance wants me to prove that I am the same person. How can I do that. I don't have any picture ID with that name on it.

Perhaps school records and witness affidavit will suffice.

You really need to contact an attorney. Using an alias as a minor sounds like it was directed by a parent or guardian. Assuming no fraud was involved, than you should be able to prove up who you were by affidavit and other collateral sources. You really need an attorney to assist you in this pursuit.
