Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Auto accident
My insurance company is handling bodily injury claims resulting from an accident involving five cars fourteen ago. So far, two of those involved have hired lawyers and filed claims. What can I do to protect my assets in the event my insurance company fails top negotiate a settlement?

you should get a lawyer. There is no easy answer to this that can realistically be posted on a BBS site.
