Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Auto accident
I was in a auto accident it was the other person's fault, his ins company totaled my car. I am without a car. Alot of people are telling me that his ins co. or mine has to provide me with a rental car for 30 days, is that true?

1. Read your policy to see whether that coverage exists.
2. I doubt his carrier will agree to that but you can call them. Of course you can always sue.
