Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
automobile accident
My wife's car was stolen and found a quarter mile from where a motorcycle was hit.Driver is unknown.I might not have enough insurance to cover everything. There was alot of damage to her car and both airbags deployed.Everyone in the household was checked for cuts and airbag dust and were clean. The motorcycle did not belong to the driver and to my knowledge did not have insurance. Can my wife be liable if she is sued?

Re: automobile accident
Unless they can prove she was careless in leaving the car keys out for someone to take, I cannot see any liability.
