Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
I was awarded insuance money through an insurance appriasal process which my attorney filed suit against my insurance company for breach of contract. When I signed up with my attorney he signed me up at 10% which he told me he could get my attorney's fee's paid through the courts. When it was time for the checks to be paid out my attorney received $10,000.00 through the courts paid by the insurance company and my attorney also charged me the 10% as signed on the contract which came to $5,000.00, plus expenses. My attorney stated he had to charge me the 10%.
My question is, am I entitled to all my attorney's fee's paid for??
