Bodily Injury

I go into a car accident the othe vech was at faul he was cited for Viol of right of way. I am seeing a chiropractor I was diagnose with whiplash the chiropractor refer me to a lawyer. I am in a nofault state the person at fault have min Insurance 10K please help I don't know if I am going to be stuck with lots of Med and now lawyer fees and car rental fees? any advice I don't know who to trust. My Dr seems very nice and I think she might be working with the lawyer as well. My Insurance is paying for my med bill up to 80% I owe the 10% I feel the DR is interested in the 10K my insurance covers what can I do?

I suggest you speak with your atorney. Florida requires a "serious injury" before a court may compensate you for pain and suffering. This is usually a question for a jury. Good luck.
