Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
a broken pipe in my apart caused damage to my apart & apart below in 2008
the apart below got $5000 from allstate ins. who send me al letter blaming me and ask me to pay $9500 & sign the letter which i refused.
a judgment issued in 2009 for $11500 was discovered in 2014 by my realtor when trying to sell one of my condo.
how do i deal with this problem?

Pay it off and obtain a satisfaction. Perhaps they will take less.

If you were served with a lawsuit than a judgment properly issued against you. Paying the judgment off and getting the satisfaction would be your only option. If you were not properly served, you would have to go to Court to set aside the judgment. Hire an attorney to assist you with all your paperwork.
