Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
car accident
The other day I was in a auto accident that I was given a citation for. I only carry 10,000 pip and 20,000 accident/occurance.The person I hit has already gotten an attorney and a orthopetic doctor who is defense friendly, and already has a law suit to my insurance company. If they do not settle for the 10,000 and come after me what can they take. Can they take my house, car or garnish my wages or bank account? What should I do? I am in extreem debt and I have only had my house and car 2 years. At this point should I hire an attorney?
