Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
car taken without authorization
The insurance company of the man that hit me has taken my car without my permission. They say the car is totaled, but I haven't received an offer or signed any papers other than a med. release. What can I do?

Either you or your attorney should contact the insurance company to determine just what is going on.
