Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Car Burnt Created By other Vehicle (Ford F-150)
My Car burnt due to a fire created by a Ford f-150. It burnt 5 cars total. I have no fire insurance since my car is a 97. However I suffered damages of 1800.00 and 276.00 for car rental. Progressive insurance just give me the run around and dont even respond to my calls. Ford f-150's are known to start fires while parked and unattended. What can I do to recoup my damages and who do I go after?
I am in need of help !!!!

If you did not have fire coverage on your car you will have to sue the owner of the Ford.
