Car Insurance
I was hit by a woman in a parking lot and my car was damaged, she has accepted liability.
Where do I stand if the adjuster decides to give me less $$ than the repair estimates I have?

I do not know what you mean by "where you stand." You can accept their offer, reject their offer, or negotiate an amoun that you would accept.
