Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
my car was vandalized in the parking lot of my employer(where there is no lighting, by the way as light was never fixed). should this claim be filed on my employers insurance policy. i have auto insurance but decutible is $1000.00

You should report the vandalism to the police and your own insurance company.
