Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Can I be charged deductable twice in one month?
We sufferered damages to our home and screen room from hurricane Charley and again from hurricane Frances. Our deductable is $4600. Will we be charged that deductable both times? And will FEMA help with the deductables? Will we be charged the deductable on the house and screen room separately? The screen room was bolted to the house.

Yes. These are 2 separate incidents. Your policy should cover both the house and screens.
