check signatures
I have received a check from insurance company after cancelling
my policy. The policy was in my deceased husband and myself therefore the check is to my husband and myself. I cancelled policy using my name only.

If you have a joint account, you can deposit it without signatures. You can also sign as your husband's personal representative.
