collission and insurance
my nephew did me a favor and ran an errand for me. on the way home he collided with another vehicle and total my financed car. will the insurance cover the cost even if he is not on the policy?he is liscenced.he did try to avoid the collision but not enough time.

Yes -- your insurance applied when you loan a car to someone. His insurance applies as well.
