Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Construction Accident
I had my car parked outside my
apartment, the complex was making
renovations to the buildings. One of
the machines a kind of tractor forklift
was carrying excessive weight and
the tractor tilted and dropped the
materials on my car. What can I do
to protect myself to make sure they
cover the damages? I called my
insurance company right away and
made a claim but I did not call the
police. My fault in this accident was
leaving my car parked in the
designated parking areas.

Re: Construction Accident
I assume that you contacted the construction people. Get their insurance information and then go get a few estimates to get your car repaired. You should not have a problem.
