Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
contracts conducted over the internet
I agreed to a legal help contract on february 27,2007, This was transacted over the internet. because the property in question is located in Colorado I was informed that it would be best if I used a Colorado address. I gave the adress of my nephew in Erie Colorado. I later questioned the reason for this and have decided its not in my best interest. Can I cancel this contract since it was transacted within 24 hours?

Probably not -- but I would need to know more about it: what the contract was for and its terms to be sure.
