Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Help, critical condition!
I own a small limo company. Last night my driver hit 2 pedestrians who did not use a crosswalk. One person is in critical condition. The other person was not seriously injured. My driver has a perfect record, until now. He was not cited. Aside from feeling horrible, do I need a lawyer and if I do what kind of lawyer?

Yes. You should contact your insurance company immediately. They will provide an attorney for you. Depending on the coverage you do carry and the facts of the case, you may also want a personal lawyer, but for now, call the carrier immediately.

Notify your insurance company. They will protect you up to the limits of your policy. Above that, you will need experienced private counsel such as myself.
