Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
My daughter who is 27 just bought a used car. She wants me to let her use an unused title for a car we previously owned (with both her and my name on it). My question is IF she is in an accident can I be held liable? The car title is only in her name and insured by her.

1. you cannot just transfer a title from one car to another.
2. you can switch a registration from one car to another.
3. if you name is on the registration you are responsible for the use of the car.
4. you should be included in the insurance if you are one of the registered owners of the car
