Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
My daughters wedding rings were stolen from her hotel room in Tampa, Florida. The key card readout showed the maid was the only person to enter during this time frame. Is the hotel liable for the lose.

Probably not, since you can't prove that the maid took the rings as opposed to someone else or that your daughter lost the rings.
