Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
I filed a claim with my homeowners insurance in which I was denied, now I recieved a nonrenewal notice!! Is this legal?!

YES they can always refuse to renew.
Did you at least collect on your claim? If not you should see a lawyer as Florida judges per F.S. 624.027 will pay a nice fee if you win. Insurance companies almost always find some way to deny claims for people without lawyers.
