Financial Affadivat
Hi husband hit a car from behind and now my insurance company is requiring we fill out a financial affidavitt provided by the lawyer from the people he hit. Should we complete it? What should we do?

This is sought so that the lawyer can see whether to accept your policy limits or coverage. Check with the lawyer that the carrier has appointed for the details. Usually, it is best to provide this information, but check with your lawyer.
