How do you find out if someone has homeowners insurance
There was a serious injury at someones home, they will not cooperate in any way. How do you find out if they have homeowners insurance so we may submit a claim?

I had a case with this issue, last year. I contacted the home owner and explained that we had no intention of bringing any type of action against them personally, but that our client suffered damages at thei residence and is entitled to have their bills paid. If the homeowner fails to cooperate, you can bring a court action and they will be extremely foolish not to turn it over to thei carrier. Have your attorney write a letter to them.
