Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
In Florida, if I am in a car accident and I am at fault. I have $300,000 liability coverage through my homeowner policy. Can I be forced to sell my house to pay for a judgement of $1,000,000 against me?
Thanks,
Rob

Your homeowner's policy does not provide coverage for a car accident. You car insurance would do that. But, you cannot be forced to sell your house if it is your homestaed.
