Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Florida Car Insurance
Can someone please tell me what ''No Fault'' means as regards to Florida vehicle insurance? If two vehicles collide, property damage only, and both vehicles have damage - does each car owner's insurance pay for their client's damage, or does the at-fault driver pay? And does, ''No Fault'' strictly refer to personal injury so when there is injury there is no delay of getting treatment? I have heard many different opinions on this and would certainly like to finally get the correct one. Thank You

Re: Florida Car Insurance
No fault insurance deals with medical care and lost wages. The insurance carrier for the car your in pays no matter who was at fault up to $10,000 in Florida. It has nothing to do with property damage.
