Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
A friend of mine lost his license due to DUIs.
This is in the state of Florida, his license has been revoked for a few more years
He wants to buy a vehicle for mainly his job and insure it in my name and have an employee of his be the main driver.
Will I be legally be held liable if there is an accident of any type, if his employee has a wreck or if my friend gets caught driving without a license?

You are responsible for the use of a car in your name. You are potentially liable for the negligence of the employee and that of your friend and gross negligence if he is caught for DUI yet again and causes damages. Be very careful
