Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
There is a gastric clause in my medical insurance and I am severely over weight and doctors (specialist) have all suggested I have barriactric surgery and the insurance still says no, my insulin levels are over 450 presently and I have many medical issues. What can I do? And can attorney help battle with the insurance and what type of attorney will I need.

You need an attorney who does ERISA work if it is a group policy.
