Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Geico is sueing me
I was in a an accident about for to five yrs ago. I was driving someone else car doing them a favor. I didn't know that the vehicle did not have insurance, and I didn't have a vehicle at the time so I didn't have insurance myself. Now Geico is sueing me for over 105,000 dollars which they never provided anything to show me what was involed in those 105,000 dollars. I got the ticket and I was stupid not to fight it back then. The accident and the way that it occurred was not my fault. I can't afford an attorney and I have trial in Sept. What can they do? Do I have a possible chance of winnin?

You cannot afford not to have a lawyer. Without knowing what occurred no one can answer properly.
