Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Is it necessary to give law firm representing me for an EUO an power of attorney, which authorize to endorse settlement check on my behalf and to deposit the funds into firm trust account to be disbursed accordingly?

When I handle a contingency case I require the POA for the deposit of the funds. You say they are representing you for the EUO, only? If so, than it may be unusual for them to receive all the funds if you negotiated that yourself. More facts are needed.
