lAST YEAR A GUEST IN MY HOME WAS INJURED. yESTERDAY I RECEIVED A SUMMONS AND I AM NAMED AS DEFENDAND AM I RESPONSIBLE OR MY INSURANCE COMPANY. CAN THEY LEAN MY HOUSE?

1. Contact your insurance company. They should cover you up to the limits of your policy. Anything above that would be your personal responsibility so you may want private counsel to oversee the insurance attorney.
