Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
What is the best way to handle this situation?
My auto insurance company (Geico) has raised my auto insurance without any notification. I purchased a new vehicle last month, which they quoted an August deduction of $105. Yesterday I checked my checking account to find a $500 deduction. I contacted billing and they claimed that their billing adjusters raised my bill and then tried to contact me via phone. . No email or letter were sent by Geico. My password to my Geico online account has been changed and I cannot access any information. Since this ordeal I am now being quoted by other insurers between $400 and $500.
