Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
We had an insurance adjuster in our home to document damage caused by a contractor. We now know that the still camera he was using was not just a still camera and video was taken. The appointment was at 9:00am but he arrived at 7:30am. We did not consent to video taping our home.
Did letting the adjuster in to take photographs give him the legal right to videotape without our knowledge?
