Insurance Claim Denied
If a friend takes your keys with permission to lay down in your truck, while you're at a show, but then and takes off in your vehicle without your permission and without your knowledge, then totals it can the insurance company deny claim? If so, on what grounds? Police wrote report as abandonment of vehicle because Keys were given to person who drove off, just for them to lay down (they didn't feel well). Vehicle is recently new with $32K value.
