Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
My insurance company sent me a check to cover an out of network doctors fee. I had a family emergency and used the check to pay another bill. Now the doctors office wants the full amount instead of me making payments. I dont have the full amount. What can they do to me? Can I get taken to court?

yes you can get taken to court. start making the payments that you can and they likely will take them. telling them you are going to pay is different than actually paying.
