Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Does an Insurance company who insured member was written up at fault, have the right to drag their feet until the statue of limation of 4 years, to make a $500.00 offer, when there was a proven and verified loss of $26,510.00 ? Do I have any recourse, other than to except this unjust offer?

Yes, it's called "bad faith" litigation. Get an attorney who is experienced with insurance bad faith to recover what you are owed.
