Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
insurance company is not paying!
i broke my foot at my boyfriends house last year and i've been working on a settlement with his homeowners insurance. the insurance company just denied my claim because they said the statements from me, my boyfriend and the emergency room dont match. is it true that i can get the emergency room to give another statement because what they said was not accurate? and if so, can i re-submit my claim with the accurate statements? i have a lawyer but i dont feel like he's doing everything he could do. he told me my only other option was to sue my boyfriend and have him sue the insurance company for not covering the liability. please help.

1f you can prove your claim of negligence you can pursue your claim against your boyfriend. His insurance will defend him.
