Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Insurance not covering total cost of vehicle totaled in accicent.
My vehicle, which was being driven by my son, was rear-ended and totaled. The person that caused the accident was ticketed. The insurance did not cover the cost of my vehicle, I had to pay the difference. Can the cost to me be recovered by the causing party or their insurance company.
