If a driver for a corporation hit my car is the corporation reliable if the motorist did not have auto insurance?

If the driver was on the job, the answer is yes. Same thing if the car is a company vehicle. Usually the individual policies have an exclusion for commercial use unless the driver was supposed to have his own commercial policy, so usually the claim goes against the corporate insurance anyway.

Yes...the corporation is responsible under 2 theories. 1) if the man was working at the time of the accident or 2) the corporation is responsible for the damages since they were the owners of the vehicle.
