Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Insurance law : My auto insurance company failed to explain to me the proper course of action to take when I dropped my insurance coverage due to a $2800 repair on my car which made my car inoperable. My license is suspended due to gieco auto insurance 's neglect to inform me to turn my license in to tax office and fill out a sr22 to let the state department know I dropped coverage because the automobile sits in my driveway until I replace an engine. Legally can I hold gieco accountable for their neglect and they pay my fees to reinstate my license?
