Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Insurance purchased through employer
I signed up for an insurance policy through my employer during ''open enrollment'' but I now wish to cancel the policy. My employer says I can not do that and I must continue the policy for an entire year. Is this correct?

I doubt it. Call the insurance carrier.
