Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Insurance question hit and run case
In Florida I heard but was not sure if it was true that in a hit in run case the state exempts 10,000 dollars of the medical fees or more I'm just trying to find out if this is true I was in this accident and my attorney mentioned it a while back but now seems not to come up at all. Thank you

In Florida we have the Crime Victims Compensation Fund. Your attorney should be able to assist you in making a claim.
