Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida

Whose insurance is responsible for car accident

My son allowed a friend without a license to drive his car in the school parking lot. There was an accident and the police were not called. The friend, with witnesses, says the girl driving the other car hit him. The girl says the friend hit her car, also with witnesses. Does my insurance have to cover the incident? (There is a $500 deductible)Does the fact that the friend had no license negate the fact that the other driver may have been at fault for the accident? Finally, do I have to disclose my insurance information to the other driver's insurance company? I realize this is more than one direct question, but it all relates to the same incident. Any information would be appreciated.
