Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
is insurance a must for a school?
if a school is built without adhering to plans to control stormwater and therefore causes neighboring properties to flood, can they be held liable? they say they don't have insurance and it's my loss that i had to condemn my house. is this right?

Re: is insurance a must for a school?
they do not need insurance, but that does not mean that they are not liable. You will need a lawyer.
